These are the vitamins we use personally:

Oral Vitamin C has a 30 minute half life in the body so any one dose is pretty much used up within 2 hours. Spread doses throughout the day. Slow down towards evening so the energy boost won’t interfere with your sleep.
Liposomal vitamin C
If you prefer (and can afford) to take Liposomal vitamin C: (1g Liposomal equates to 3.5g ascorbic acid but costs about 11x more). We use the powder for maintenance, and occasionally the lipo as well for acute treatments.
A fat soluble vitamin (which means your body can store it) that will keep your antioxidant protection high during the night without the energy boost that might stop you from falling asleep like vitamin C can vitamin D3
(Warning: Do not use Niacin before reading about it’s flush effect!)
Any brand of niacin will do as long as you make sure it’s Nicotinic Acid. The others are toxic for your liver. Write the maker and ask if in doubt. We’ve confirmed this one is nicotinic acid: niacin
